Hi health crusaders! It’s been a while since I’ve been in touch, but I wanted to let you know that I’ve got one month left of my 300 hour Advanced Yoga training at ISHTA (or getting my Yoga Master’s Degree, as I like to call it!) and then AGCoreHealth will be back in full swing! I hope you all have been well and that we can catch up very soon!
In the meantime, I wanted to let you know about a fun class I’ll be teaching this month called Stretch and Sculpt, a Pilates/Yoga Mash-up! Here’s a little more info:
In this class, we’ll explore how Pilates and yoga can be beautifully blended together to create an experience that is challenging, educational and fun! Together we’ll discover how the strengthening components of Pilates can help you enhance the muscular support, endurance and stability in your practice, while the focus on breath, flexibility and the mind-body connection will make you see the Pilates repertoire in a whole new way. Learn how these two approaches to holistic health and fitness can come together to create one wholly fulfilling practice.
